make sure you are using your key as described here http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...5-quick-hb-guide-presentation-fast-setup.html
I am having the same issue but it's only with one of my codes.. My old with username+password works just fine but not the code thingy :/
I'm having the same issue atm, for me it started yesterday after I turned off gatherbuddy2. I assumed it was just maintenance or something so I didn't say anything till now. I have double checked that I was using the right key by logging into the buddy auth portal. Here is my latest attempt to login. View attachment 4864 2012-11-03 09.26.txt .
same here, happened yesterday, but it fixed itself after the fresh reinstall. today the situation is the same - auth failed again. gonna reinstall once more.
I had the same issue after a fresh install, just go into your router settings and forward the port 5031, both udp and tcp. google and the portforward website show how to do this well, if you need to have a static ip then use portfoward's static ip fixer thing, but be aware, norton detected is as a false positive for me, so when you see a antivirus pop up dont freak out at me lol.
