put the pc clock forward 15 mins on your pc and it will work again, this happens to me all the time when my wow crashes its just a precaution =-)
It means that HB/GB detected a possible change in Warden. It happens after dc's or crashes, so most people choose to ignore it and change their clock or delete the registry key.
While to date there has been no real trip wire trips, there will be that one day when HB does see somthing change and people just do the clock work around trick. Then they end up banned and instead of blaming themselves they will simply blame HB. I very seldom get a 15 min lockdown, but when I do I go grab a beer and enjoy every sip. By the time the beer is gone I feel a bit better and am ready to bot again. But no ammount of beer will cure the pain of a ban.
