is it me or does honorbuddy has to be supervised 24/7. I go to work and when i come back it raised 2 bars and then it logged out cause it was stuck or something. Is thisn ormal? I thought the idea of having a bot is so you can do it when you are not around so you can play while you are home. is this solvable? or is it the profile i am using? I am using the 1-90 quest pack. Or is it the best to use grinding to lvl unsupervised?
Well, i leveled 3/4 of my char with honorbuddy u can see it in my signature. 1 To 60 : I need to be something like 1 hour behind my computer, 60 To 68 : I can be 100% AFK, 68 To 80 : I need to be something like 4 hour behind my computer, 80 To 85 : I need to be something like 4 hour behind my computer, 85 To 90 : Not tryed already with Bot. I'll do that : 1 To 58 : Kick'azz 1-90 profile pack, 58 To 64 : Kick'azz 1-90 profile pack, 64 To 69 : Nagrand Grinding "64-69 Nagrand Undeads", 69 To 70 : Kick'azz 1-90 profile pack, 70 To 80 : Kick'azz 1-90 profile pack, 80 To 82 : Kick'azz 1-90 profile pack, 82 To 83 : "Uldum 81 to 85 by Shaddar -Final- - Working for MOP", 83 To 85 : Kick'azz 1-90 profile pack. I'll dont know why but some new players who are botting have always the same trouble than u, i'll already put some friends on honorbuddy who are theorycally not idiot, and they have a multitude of problems. U just have to learn from your mistake, and look a lot on what is writted around here. Questing : The fastest way to level imo. Grinding : The most AFK way to level, but less XP, and fast way to being reported. Good luck to you.
thanks for the advise, i leveled 8 chars by myself but they made wars that op i had to have one but i just cant level it anymore ^^ so its the last one i proly lvl, ty for the profiles incase i might lvl another
1-85 is mainly afk-able. some issues might arise, generally don't leave the bot going for long periods (while your at work) with questing, you very well might came back to the bot running into a fence or something. I have left the bot going for a long, long time on it's own, sometimes its great and is still doing its thing, while other times it crashes or gets stuck 4 minutes (literally) after I leave. Alot of times the bot is hit or miss, it could be the profile (altho 1-85 is pretty solid), or a new update to the bot that broke something (it happens). I will say I have used 1-85 on 10+ toons and it has worked pretty well (Kick's). I have used 85-90 (cava/kick) on 3 toons and it is most certainly NOT afk-able. There is various parts during the questing that needs your interactions due to lack of new quest behaviors atm. This means some quests it will do just fine, others the bot will literally stop and wait for you to do it. If you are going afk for long periods I would recommend either BGbuddy, Gathering or Archybuddy. It will go for hours but with all this botting stuff you risk a report/ban, good luck.
24/7 botting is high chance for Report. I botting 12~18H on day. Best is 50% from the time Quest and other 50% make BG for leveling If you Farming is the best you have some profile an change all 3h the zone
Just get HBrelog and use kick's profiles, i've had no issues, if you get dc'd or crash it logs you back on, I went on vacation for 4 days botting 8 hours on 6 hours off got from 58-68 without me being there
I honestly ran 68-85 95% afk, one or two stucks that were fixed with a quick stop\start and a few quests in hyjal that needed a helping hand.
To the OP: In my experience, the bot for quest leveling is far from perfect, but its way better than doing by hand. Overnight playing, not going to happen, but alt-tab babysitting while doing something else works. It seems to need a push every 30 minutes or so on quests needing dialogue, mesh issues, bag space micromanaging (do yourself a favor and install lootfilter addon) and selling issues, etc. The rest of the bot is incredible. I even bought a second key in my first month, this one, thats how much im liking this. Just my 2 cents.
