      Hi all,

      Just wondered where I can get my new key from, I didn't receive the email with the new ones, nor do I have anything on buddy auth (I'm an old customer with the username/password)

      I have the exact same problem, no email and buddy auth will not work!

      Yup same problem, very old customer with an old user/pass.

      I have close to the same issue. I have used the Buddy Auth Portal before, i logged in, and no keys are displayed, NONE. And i have yet to receive any emails regarding the new system, or any other keys what so ever...

      well just got the email, it ended up in my junk folder, make sure you guys are checking that, just tried it and it works, so im good now, hope the rest of you get up and running again.

      They did this for our protection, the post by the mods says that the forum was hacked several weeks ago and all of the legacy login/passwords were compromised. Issuing new keys to all of the legacy users could not have been an easy task on such short notice. Give them some props.

      It took about an hour and I received my new key through buddy auth portal. Hope you guys have the same luck.

      takes a bit but now i got the email!
      Check junk aswell> may take a few hours

      No mail just went to the auth and got the key. It works :)

      Ok here is a question. I payed for HB lifetime 3 sessions and now after receiving my email I only have one? Kind of a downgrade don't you think? First I got screwed with demonbuddy cause im stationed in Germany( I'm not German). Now I get downgraded from 3 sessions to 1! Thanks team.

      "Username is your KEY, then press login." this confused me, but i finally figure out it was for Honorbuddy.exe not the Auth web page, it works gr8 now :)
