      I was use new auth system with new keys what i get in mail today , but after 1 or 2 hours of working i got disconected on all my 3 sessions HB plus Demobuddy sesion with next message: "Bot stopped! Reason: Auth session is invalid" and when i try to reconect was telling me :" You are not authorised to connect to this server". i Will attach logs also

      No i'm up and running, I had a blip and it was this

      You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
      Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
      This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #16135
      You are currently on build #16135

      I have Invalid product key error, I used key which I received in my mail inbox.

      I tryed again to reconnect with NEW key what i receive in mailbox and still get the message invalid key. Logs are here :

      I was use for almost 2 hours HB with new key , without change anything. Can you be pls more specific what new settings i have to do ?

      Go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and register. You can manage your key(s) from there.

      I'm registered on Log On - Buddy Auth Portal , but isnt show me any key like i have receive in mail today. This account is a lifetimer with 3 sessions

      Other users are having this exact same issue, it is not just you. My keys are fine, so my appologies I cannot help you further. You will have to wait for a admin to address this issue and you should probably create and send a email to support@honorbuddy.com. If you have kept your email containing your keys or wish to copy and paste your key from honorbuddy log in, be sure to include that in the email.

      Same for me, Buddy Auth Portal has always been empty for hb. Only diablo3 key is there.
      My hb key worked 1h ago, but doesnt seem to work anymore.
      Let's wait...

      Old shop logins have been converted to keys. Please use the key you received in your registered email address.

      Problem solved. I just received a new mail with a new key. thanks all for responses/help, have a good day folks
