Id guess its just too much time spent on accounts has flagged them up. Happend to me, I appealed it and they overturned it, although many advise against encouraging them to investigate fully.
1 paladin 24/7 and rest 4-5 hours then a break As far as paladin goes your theory holds up - rest was botted 4-5 hours a day so it is not this.
