      I have always used the same HB login/password as the shop login/password. Sometime within the last couple weeks I am no longer able to login to HB. The error mentions using an authentication code in my registered email, but I checked my email and there is nothing.

      Your help is appreciated, thank you.

      I have a simular problem, a couple of days ago when i tried to log in, it said: You have entered a invalid product key. If you are trying to log with an username and password, please check your registered email too obtain the key that is created of your old shop key.

      I have used this program for a over a year with no problems and i got the lifetime subscription.. so i dont know what to do? because i havent gotten any email about some new key
