Okay, now - first off i'd just like to mention that I've already sent a message to HBs support email, but it seems like there's a lot of business at the moment. Therefor, i figured i'd just put this thread up, in hope that someone is experiencing the same and can share some insight. Essentially, i've been a HB user for many years, - on and off. I have a lifetime subscription. Today i tried logging in, and i got the "Invalid serial key, use the key sent to your email.." message. There's no key in my email, nor does a key appear on my Auth page. What gives? Whats the next step?
Got an email letting me know something quite obvious i should have figured out myself. For people with a problem alike my own, log in on the buddy Auth portal with your HB username(Starting with HB---) and password, not your HB forum user, - i'm an idiot.
