yeah this just happened to me again and it seems to be an issue with either having too low gold to repair or trying to send soulbound items. I've found that whatever is kept in the backpack isn't sent and everything else (the other 4) the profile tries to send it. I'll try to add my soulbound items (IE my gearz) to the protected list. I'm not really sure how to do that either though

It's not too difficult, just open up the .xml profile file in notepad. Sometimes its at the top, other times its at the bottom, but scroll through until you see the <ProtectedItems> entry.
The format is <Item>ItemID</Item>. Just find out the ItemID of the items you want to protect, make an entry and save it. Reload your profile in HonorBuddy and your good to go!

You can use websites like wowhead to find out the ItemID, or, some tooltip addons will also show you the ItemID in-game.
Using wowhead, search for the item, then at the top of your browser address bar you will see the link:
      http://www.wowhead.com/?item=6265
Where it says item=xxxx ; xxxx is the ItemID for this item. (In this example, item=6265 is Soul Shard).

It can be tedious, but, you only have to do it once, and you can keep the settings for use in other profiles. I recall having to add herbs and some ores to the dwarf 1-60 profile, some conjured foods, and of course, soul shards.
