Hey all. I recently got an American Express gift card. Is it possible to buy gatherbuddy with it? I figured I'd run into some problems seeing as i cant put a name or address on the card. Would a visa vanilla gift card work, seeing as i can register it? Thanks in advance!
It says pending... I recently just found out that i have to call customer service to register it... So maybe now it wont be a problem. Figured id ask here first to see if anyone has had personal experience with it.
Alright, so i "bought it"... The transaction seemed to go through but it says my payment is still pending. Anyone know if it'll eventually go through? Is there a waiting time with gift cards? If this doesn't work, is there an alternative way?
Yeah, i relogged. Still "NOT PAID" My checkout still says i have 5$ of invoices not paid. Guess it didn't work?
It will work, i bought HB with a Visa Giftcard, they should be literally the same. when it asks for name put in the name on the card, for example i put in VISA CARDHOLDER and post code is the post code you bought it in. When these are bought it gets scanned so it can be activated, and it gets activated to that post code, or just any in that state. it takes 24 hours to activate once its bought, well up too. mine activated in 30 minutes.
nope, not a new customer. i bought the actual gatherbuddy back when i had a working paypal. someone hacked it, bought 30$ worth of stuff; and paypal wants me to pay it. I tried to dispute it, to no avail. Not paying it lol.
