having a problemin questing

my char just stay and don't move, he just look for someone, in the HB say this "Blacklisting Nga Asa for 5 minutes because we can't navigate to it!"

well whit clu don't make effect, he just stay waiting for a object spawn

 

if you have any quests in your logs complete them manually.

 

all the problem is because a NPC has moved is this new patch, what i can do?

That is a profile issue, that needs to be reported in the profile's thread. If you're referring to Wing Nga and Kick's profiles, I've posted the correction in that thread already.
