ive been usuing honorbuddy since cata first came out. botted 6 85s with it, as well as farmed leather in TH for 2 months 24/7 with arelog. sold lots of gold for irl cash to friends. now with mop, ive been botting for a couple weeks, gotten 2 90s, farmed over 100kg in leather. capped honor every night. and pretty much running 24/7 again and got my first ban. 72 hour ban, appealed it. fingers crossed. i just wanted to say, i feel like this ban isnt because the fact that im botting excessively (because thats never given me problems before), but im blaming all the glitches in the client after the new patch was released. either way it happened. and it isnt important. does anyone know what the next level of the ban is? i dont want to get a perm
hey i got the same thing.. botted for a year now with no problems ever, and yesterday got the same ban. i also appealed it and they said they arent going to lift it. so have to wait till monday. kinda puts me off botting in bg's now was going for blood thirsty, gotten 130k kills so far xD
fuck man, that must be what did it for me too, since the grinding scripts are down, i was botting bgs for 2 days now on my dk. almost 89 =D it could be worse, they could take my near 500kg
Yeah - 72 hour bans are generally automated and they don't really investigate... If you appeal they can look harder into the case, confirm that you're botting and perm ban you
