In my opinion, the staff should help us to create routlines, i was searching routelines since i created an account here, but i just found 4 or 6 goods routelines.
Why do u not teach us?

I know it's hard, but it will generate many good fruits for their own forum.
I know a basic Programming Language, a basic, basic, but i can learn very fast, and i know that have peoples like me here..

Sry for my english, i'm not american, and i stopped to study english for a long time.

      Att, Elton Melo.

Short answer, the staff are extremely busy with development and simply don't have the time required to teach everyone who comes along. Their time is better spent working on more important things.

Longer answer, there are plenty of helpful members of this community and a great number of informative guides to get you started. There are even step-by-step videos instructing you how to do it. Not to mention there are plenty of routines available that you can learn from. I know you BASIC (VB.NET) then you have enough understanding to follow a C# combat routine.
