      As of today there seems to be something wrong with my bot, it keeps saying

      Code:
      Max Sessions
      Authentication failed
      
      My account should have 4 sessions but the website is also showing none. Could you please check to see what is wrong?

      log in auth portal and kill the session in use

      That is the problem, there are no session showing in the auth portal. There also are no keys showing...

      then you are not registered with the correct email

      Have been using this account for years, never had any problems with it! It was just a vew days ago when the bot suddenly didn't accepted my key anymore. I can send you al the mails containing the key if you like? (I think I got 3 of them when you went from user to key login)

      Maybe you can update the auth account to the email I'm also using for this forum account? The mail didn't show my auth username, so you might be correct that it isn't kev1nz on there.

      Hey man I was having most of the same issues but after a week I just got the run around. Did your 4 sessions work properly before the switch to the key system? I'm willing to bet it did just like mine did until the key system cam into effect now I was ripped off 2 keys. Good luck with you situation. Well better luck then I had.

      No I had it al working the last week, it has just happend a few days ago...

      I don't like how long the email is taking to respons...

      up to 96 hours,if its more 96 hours without a response resend your email

      Why does it has to be that long... You should really give some better support for a product we all have paid for
