HB ARCHIVES: Kick's Old Posts Thread--DO NOT DELETE!

Does any daylie Profile runs without Problems????? i try it every day.. first i update via svn then i start HB switch to questing and load "Golden Lotus Dailies" the bot dont pick up 1 dailie and so one phase 1 failed....
Today i try to load [Rep] Cloud Serpent Dailies [Brodie] the bot flys to the area and dont pickup any q then switching automatic the profile... tillers dailies the same he do only the yoon q (field q)

Before patch 5.1 its runs perfectly and now?!?!?

Please help me i hate questing and i want find a dailie pack how is running without Problems or tell me what is wrong.

Oh wow...i'm reading your log...and EVERY, and I do mean EVERY line of code is throwing an exception. I can't make heads or tails of what is or isn't working. Every time it checks for a quest completion, error. Everytime it pings Megser's, error. Like...hundreds. My advice first: delete everything. Delete your whole HB directory, and when you reinstall, reinstall the Plugins and QBs too. Don't delete your profiles though, it looks like the issue is on the program end here, i think.

The quest "Striking the rain"
My boot keeps attacking the Source of despair (Elite) instead of the normal sha's.

 

I'm not completely sure what all to move from the svn files into honorbuddy folders, would you be able to let me know? I'm not sure what to do with two folders which are... Archievment projects, and Golden Lotus Scripts. I have a feeling the golden lotus scripts would be the issue I'm having. Its doing the first portion of the Golden lotus dailies but it didn't turn in the quest "fiery tongue, Fragile feet" from whiptale lake and move to the final portion of dailies.

 

You can move Plugins, Quest Behaviors. The profiles can be moved as long as the Golden Lotus Scripts folder remains in the same folder they end up in.

Example:
HB\Profiles\TMoPDE\Golden Lotus.xml
HB\Profiles\TMoPDE\Golden Lotus Scripts

As long as the profiles and the scripts folder are in the same place, it works fine. Don't remove the folder or its contents from the folder your profiles end up in. Its almost safe to just leave them alone and move the folder everything is in.

 

Ok I have now tried a complete clean install of HB and redownloaded my plugins. Still the same issue persist.

 

Have you tried installing HB in a new folder, completely new. Put your stuff in there and then try again? That's my first thought. That rules out the "reset every day" bug. But with all those exceptions I don't know what I can do for you. My profile doesn't throw those on mine, and half of those in your log are coming from Megser's plugin too.

 

Why is Honorbuddy not accepting new quests when the questgiver has more than 1 quest ? HB is always clicking on the questgiber but will not accept any quest...

 

Shutdown HB, go into the Folder of HB and delete everything inside the "Cache" Folder. Restart HB and try again to start Questing. If this happens again, attach a Log here. Without a Log nobody is able to Help you.

 

Interestingly enough I already did the thing with installing to a new folder. But yeah I don't new either.

Getting stuck a lot down in Outland, between the Platforms. Maybe need to remesh?!

 

bgbuddy keeps trying to find gear guys

was running just fine for a couple hours, then just started running back and forth in stormwind saying it couldnt find certain gear sellers

You've more than likely got something going wrong in trying to download meshes. You should post your log to the Support forum for help with this.

Best I can tell from WoWhead is that "Knight-Lieutenant T'Maire Sydes" moved, if he exists at all still. It looks like whatever you were running was trying to locate him for purposes of repair. Since it doesn't appear you were running any plugins that might do this, best I can guess is your "Empty Profile" has him in it.

Zone-levels updated

Hey kicks,

i run this bot since my lil' warrior hitting lvl 12. My problem is.. the zones which he tries to focus on are not specializing that level he actually is and could be. What i mean is.. i got ALL heirlooms (including the guild perk ones , pants back and helm). The Questing itself really works out but is there is possibility to change the required level so he is hitting desolace maybe with lvl 30 or so and according to this the other zones need an update too of course. You are leveling much more faster with the bot if the ep calculated to the one you really get.

especially the part from 1 to 58 could be "faster" in zoning.

If you got any questions or anything that does not get you clear about my topic, i please to get asked to get more information about what i mean.

Nothing to report today, managed 29 dailies being 100% afk (Guess it missed about 10 quests, usually im at 37 when helping bot some.)

Tho a small question, if i've lvled a char with bot and only done quests in dread wastes.
Any afk way to get dailies up and running, or will i have todo all pre quests manually ?

Keep up the good work, cant even find a word for how much you save me everyday with this profile
