ran a few basic HC's last nite with my resto shammie. No problems to report..i wasnt paying much attention to the whole thing as i was tired.
No emergencies ..no wipes no nothing..just worked as far as i could feel.

Im happy ...very very happy with your resto shm implementation. Have a nice xmas friend.

I know your cc for my priest ..have been using it since its birth..and now this....how lucky can one be =)

 

Hey, first of all thank you for giving Restosham-CCs some love... in return i'd like to give a rather in-depth "log" from my first test in LFR (2nd half, could not get it to work in the first half and healed manually, disastrous! )

Infos about my toon:
iLvl 461, mostly heroic stuff, 2-3 PvP-Resto, 2 LFR resto-pieces
reforged accordingly to askmrrobots PvE-Crit-Priority (Spirit > Haste (12.5%) > Crit > Mastery > Haste)
unbuffed 11,100 int, 6981 Spirit, 7,96% haste, 12,15% crit, 50,72% Mastery
Talents: Stone Bulwark, Earthgrab, Call of the Elements, Ancestral Swiftness, Healing Tide, Unleashed Fury
Glyphs: Glyph of Riptide, Glyph of Telluric Currents, Glyph of Chaining

I could not get it to run without a fresh install of HB. It always threw me an error, though most of the CCs are working it seems very likely my installation is corrupted somehow.

And finally the whole list of heals by me for overall (w/Trash):

I tuned the settings a little bit after the first trashpack before the spirit Kings to start healing earlier. This is what i did without further testing, left it the whole 3 bosses like this to have something to compare and tweak... As i had plenty of mana left every fight i guess i will try to make him spam riptide/healing rain/chain heal a little bit more. As we were 3 Restoshamy and the other two kept earthshield on the tanks i dont know if it is working! It seemed like he never casted it, the small Healamount was when i casted it manually once. Afterwards i saw i turned Healing Tide to manual, did not thought about that... I originally wanted to see what happens if i do not cast ANYTHING manually. So i guess there can be a pretty decent amount of potential HPS added... and the discpriest probably stole us a very large amount of HPS through shielding and absorbing nicely... :>

I hope this WALL of numbers and text might be helpful to someone... If you need any logs or stuff to fine tune things i would be happy to help...
My first impression is very positive, i like it better as ShamWoW in it's current state (though the GUI was awesome :> )

One thing though: did not notice it dropping grounding totem. Would like to see an option to just drop it on CD if some mob is casting ...

This number is really nice for your ILV and if you condider i wrote restoration in 1 hour (minor fix about few minutes!)

NOT all totem are implemented yet, only the ones in GUI.
Give me a little more time.
and really TY for you report.

 

SVN UPDATE:

Some improvement to lazyraider and raidbot.
Combat rotation mechanics change drastically so report any issue if you find any.

 

will test resto today looking forward to it on an ilvl 175 resto shammy hope it brings higher numbers with less mana use that shamwow



ok ran the LFR ilvl 475 restosham 41k hps 1st on chart 17% healing done. its great at healing but can you add in a code for lightning bolts to proc Glyph of Telluric Currents its a great mana battery once u have the haste at soft cap. even with save mana on under less than optimal conditions it can go oom quick so the bolts will help alot


Way lower over healing than shamwow over all better healing in general but it does seem to make my client lag more idk if thats the casue or i just need a restart lol

 

Sure i have to add a "dps" rotation as all my CC have. in this dps you will bi able to configure shock, lightning , etc...
I need to improve healing too: ascendance, all other totem...
For lag i'm sorry, for best healing and low overhealing i need to use "strong" code may be not performant pc as my laptop has problem.

 

no the healing is great and the over healing is really low thats really good does not waste alot of mana the lightning bolt is just to weave into the rotation and to use when there is not alot of inc damage to get mana back u get like 1.2k per bolt

 

Anyone testing enhancement?

 

worked quite well from what i have seen, will have a closer look tonight. but if i remember it right it does not check for the 2set-pvp-bonus or pvp environment and overwrites frostbrand imbue with flametongue all the time. it would be awesome to have that fixed, the only cc that checks it is ShamWow atm, CLU overwrites Frostbrand too...

Edit: An Option to uncheck automatic imbue would be enough i guess

 

i will be testing enhancement as soon as i get my gear set built looking forward to it

 

CC atm is for pve
i will add option for manual imbue...

Worked pretty well for healing. Goes through my mana quick though am very excited to get this finished

 

its giving me lag spikes like temp freezing idk why anyone else having that prob? other than that its an amazing CC
