im having a problem with these profiles.

when its trying to pick up 2 quests at one time from one person it doesnt select and quest and gets stuck

any help?

 

Go to the first post and follow the instructions for getting everything downloaded.
Copy the folder called Plugins to your HB directory. It will merge with the existing one, you'll probably have to approve that.
Copy the folder called Quest Behaviors to your HB directory. It will merge with the existing one, you'll probably have to approve that.
Run HB.
Click Load Profile and navigate to wherever you saved the whole and complete Brodie package.
Load [Rep] Daily Grind [Brodie].xml
Start.

Go take a shower, eat some cookies, or whatever you do while your bot is doing stuff for you.

 

Ok, so I have used those profiles to level up my previous character from 45-90 - sure I met some wallbricks that I had to deal with but no big problem all in all.
However now I am leveling a new character(or am I? hehe), it's a monk(if that matters). However, it worked fine through westlands, parts of it atleast. But once I run your profiles now(or even other profiles) I end up with a problem I believe might be due to the new update of honorbuddy(?) since I did not bot previously on this update. The problem lays at quest-pickup, it goes to the correct location(most of the times) but once it is suppose to pick up the quest, bot just talk to NPC - close quest windows - talk to NPC - close quest window and it goes like that....forever....

I am not sure why, I hope you can help though.

I get this error when trying to load the profile. ?

Make sure you select questing as the profile engine. I have one question as well : anyone having issues with the quest "The motives of the Mantid" ? I've done this one several chars already and I had to do it manually each time since by default it goes towards the Fire Osul camp entrance, where there are tons of mobs, elite as well. Of course it dies fast and keeps trying over and over... it should have went a bit south where the quest "Set the mantid back" is.

You mean HB or only the profile for new installation?

 

isssue with areas in outland that have spiral stair casses or sharp corners. bot cant move around them and sometimes will get stuck and just stand there wont register that its stuck

 

The profile itself will never need a new installation persay, just make sure you keep it updated daily. I push out updates regularly.

HB needs to be reinstalled daily due to issues with daily quests not clearing from its memory properly. Sometimes deleting the HB/cache folder is enough, but other times deleting the whole HB folder is needed. If you do delete the whole folder, make sure you replace the Quest Behaviors and Plugins that come with my profile (Or don't delete those folders inside your HB folder, they are not necessary to delete in order to fix this). This process fixes 90% of the issues plaguing HB at this time (when it comes to dailies).

 

Why bot dont pick up quest "The Eternal Vigil" (1st phase in The Golden Lotus)?

 

did you do a fresh install this morning? if not, then the bot is sending the message to profile "Yes, I've already done that quest, skip it."

 

The Golden Lotus PreReqs are started.

They go as far back as White Tiger Temple (L87) so if you did those already, that's a step you can skip (it will do the work for you, don't worry). So it will take me a little to program.
I'm not putting the Pre-Reqs in until they're done, otherwise the bot will get stuck trying to do them, and Golden Lotus will be broken. I should have them done late tonight or tomorrow.

 

I followed these steps, used a brand new copy of HB and most updated profiles.
I loaded the profile, then press start and all it does is this.

My character just sits here afk

 

Just a heads up i am sure this has been mentioned but i didnt want to look through 50 pages of threads. When your profiles pick up a quest they want to turn it in right away without it being complete. not sure if its a bug or not just thought i would mention it. Other then that man keep up the great work i hate doing dailys. Also when you first start the shado pan dailys it will pick up two quests then go to speak to an npc and then go back to the quest giver, then it goes back to the same npc. But the npc isnt the right one when first start the dailys out there. i would attach a log but i deleted it by mistake. The Npc that it should go to is called Fei Li at first.

 

Is Questing the bot you're running, or is CombatBot?

 

You didn't run a fresh copy. All quests are being reported as done. See Post #1 Troubleshooting.

 

I ran a fresh install man, it does the daily, it just trys to turn it in right away.
