As title says i cant load up my Honorbuddy all i get is a error message. [04:07:28.409 N] Honorbuddy v2.5.6519.513 started. [04:08:09.356 N] Logging in... [04:08:10.427 N] You have entered an invalid product key. If you are trying to log with an username and password, please check your registered email address to obtain the key that is created instead of your old shop login. [04:08:11.079 N] Authentication failed! i have checked my resisted email in including junk mail and see nothing from Honorbuddy please help.
Please go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and register with the account that you used when you purchased the bot and your key should be there. If not, please send an email to support@thebuddyforum.com with your name, email, and payment information so that we can get the issue resolved.
I also have the EXACT same problem, I have logged on via the link you have provided and found my product key; but still don't know what can be done. Every time I try to log in the same error message appears. Please let me know what I can do. Many thanks.
