Ok so here's the story. I have 2 accounts 1 main account which i haven't run HB on and the other I'm botting. I mail all my stuff from my bot to a bank char on my mains account. I do the same with my main chars loot as i've always done to the same bank char. I've had a few auctions on my bot and none on my main. They are run from the same IP/machine I usually use the auto equip addon on my bot, but turned it off since it swapped a 2h mace for a blue 1 handed boe sword, which i could have sold Later on as i was playing on my non botted account i realised that some of my gear had been swapped weirdly to crappy greys in inv, there were two items changed ,and having played wow for near on 4 years i wouldn't have done this by accident. Immediatly I checked my bot and the same had happened. Hardly coincidental i think. Hence i'd advise using Autoequip plugin, as this may be a way of GM's checking you out to see if you "Using Hacks" as i've seen in numerous 72h ban email reports. Also also am leaning towards agreeing that Hawker is right in saying that you should be using AH on ech char as the new warden has definetely got bots targetted in many new ways.
Been banhammered twice before, once on this IP, and on another; same credentials except email and credit card details. So maybe they have my number.
I had the same thing happen to me while farming, very strange. It was more than two pieces of inventory though, the mobs I was farming drop a lot of different grey pieces.
I had this once. think it was lag related. It basically went to sell stuff but the sale window didnt open for some reason and it equipped what i had in bag that could be equipped. Was mildly amusing at the time as i was like 79 with auto sell on greens which i did have a couple equipped. But yeah could this of happend? I note you say you had items on your non-botted char swapped too but meh?
Same thing happened to me, looked over and the poor DK had put on all greys and was trying to vendor his greens for crack money.
WE ARE ALL BEING WATCHED!! PS: Now seriously it's a Auto Equip bug, also happened with me before and I don't know why, I restarted it and it equiped my gear again.
Interesting, I have leveled two characters to 80 the last two weeks without having AutoEquip enabled. Twice have I woken up to see my characters running around with around 6 grays and tons of whispers asking "WHY SO SHIT GEAR BRO". THAT'S RIGHT FELLAS, NO AUTOEQUIP
no worries it is a bug nothing more... above posters are correct gm's dont screw around anymore ... they just go BLLLLAAAAMMMM!!!!!!!!!
