      The program can not find that file and doesn't work.

      Does anyone know what to do next? Help a brother out

      There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

      Please follow these instructions exactly.

      Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
      Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
      Restart your PC
      Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

      Hopefully this fixes the problem.

      Let me guess - your running windows vista?? , its a nightmare
      however follow bambam,s steps and it should be fine, best of to run windows update aswell
