Loading problem

Getting this, don't know what to do.

Make a clean install in a brand new folder.
Try making it somewhere off of your desktop.

 

Made a clean unzip in my C:/, folder's called "dildos". I'm getting the exact same error.

Problem fixed.
Uninstalled C++ and .NET
and reinstalled.
