Has nothing to do with hours IMO. I bot 24/7 99% of the time. You got player reported. Players don't have to whisper you to report you. They could watch your movements etc and not say anything. Its not that hard. As for all these recent bannings that just got posted. IMO most of them are player reports over the last 3 weeks. If you noticed there was no new ban postings since the middle of July until tonight. This is typical. It sucks I know but its part of the life of botting.
Would it be fine if I repeal it? I just started botting like a week ago and I really havnt seen anyone watching me, if so i try to say something or do an emote to show im not botting, but i guess it could have happened between the night...
It doesn't take long to pick out a bot. I never appeal 72h bans just because I don't want any extra attention drawn to my account. The only time I appeal is on permas bc you have nothing to lose then. I do feel bad since you just started botting. I think blizz is taking player reports more seriously now in the last 3-4months as far as I have noticed.
Wouldn't you say its hard to pick out a bot if im watching pm's with WIM and i use emotes if someone uses a bandage/interacts w/ me? Also im kinda ticked I got booted in the middle of a guild icc run and just had to pretend I d/c because I didn't want them to know I got ban hammered.
Picking out a bot isn't checking to see if your at the computer or not. Its watching your character grind the same mobs(HB) over and over using very similar casting/attack patterns. Or like you said it might have at night.

That is the hardest part about enduring a 72 hour ban on an account It helps I run mutiple accounts but I still hate the fact knowing its 72hours longer on my way to hitting 80. Oh and good luck to you with your current situation!
Ouchy! I had something similar happen to me last month had 2 chars going on the same server. One was 75 the other almost 79. Both got hit with 72 hours and both are now botting 24/7 since with no problems.
I would hand level that one when the 3 day is up. Make a new account to bot with. I just got a 72h ban as well. Probably player report, but it's in Outlands at the time, and no one is ever there. Might be because I sent another account 8 NW Bags - need to remember to use the guild bank.
