Can professionbuddy take all your mail, prospect all the ore, send the gems to an alt, and repeat till there is no more mail left? I have searched the forums and not found an answer, please explain, thanks.

To find out how, there's a Inscription shuffle profile that can take from mail, HGOUTYT - Automate Your Income! sells a profile that prospects ores and sends gem, just copy the codes to make your own profile. If you are asking if there's a profile that does this, I haven't seen one. Contact a profile maker (like the link above)
Soon i will be releasing a profile which will require you to have a JC and INSC on one char this profile will search AH and for herbs ore at set price then it will collect all mail and then withdraw from guild bank after its done this it will prospect all craft every RARE gem it can from your recipes create all serpents eyes it can vendor all green crappy gems (adding a feature atm to create necks and rings then vendor those for more profit), then mill all herbs create ink of dreams and starlight ink craft rare shoulders sell to vendor then craft scroll of wisdom and darkmoon fair cards if mats available it will then post starlight ink to AH.
