Getting error while trying to log into hb

I have recently upgraded to windows 8 and I tried to use HB again now and I keep getting this error everytime its about to start.

Could not load file or assembly "fasmdll_managed.dll" or one of its dependencies

Thats what it says if I open in 32bit wow file with dirx 11 and 9. Know what it can be?

Run the magic repair tool as Windoze admin, and most will be forgiven for upgrading to Windoze 8:
