Best method of 85-90 AFK'ed leveling

manually edit the XYZ coords for boxes, so u wont go in a bot train, e.g. like now on AV weekend all horde bots go to balinda = so i changed stonehearth bblabla(balinda box) to icewing bunker or so... it will just def there without any other bot

 

You didn?t have to monitor all the time. It?s enough to look at the toon every 15 minutes or something like that. I read a book, watch a movie, doing homework, cleaning up, learning etc. If the bot can?t do a quest he will make a ping and stop. If you lvl up a second/third etc toon with a bot you?ll know the issues and help manually, before the bot gets stuck (from krasawang to valley of the four winds f.e.). So it?s not 100% afk but it?s good enough for me.

So best method for leveling is NOT 100% afk. forget 100% afk if you don?t run the bot for making money.

 

I have someone making some behaviors ... jade forest and votfw are /afk now (may need some tweaks); krasarang has 3 behaviors and then it will be /afk, too.

 

I wish I wrote it down, but there is a part in your 86-87 profile where the profile is trying to hand a quest in to a NPC, (The Quest Giver) but the NPC is in two different spots.

Either way, it's in pretty decent shape just I wouldn't leave it alone while I'm at work for 9 hours.

 

working on my second 90 now with your profiles. Noticed a huge improvement thus far in jade forest. keep up the good work.

In my opinion the best way to level is a mix of BG, questing (kick's profiles) and grinding. When I'm there to monitor what the bot is doing I usually do questing, it seems quite fast too me. However, in case you have rested exp, grinding seems to be the way to go for sure! When I'm sleeping and having my bot on I usually either do random BG's or grinding depending on the rested state of my character.
As a conclusion I can say that if you aren't there to monitor you character grinding is the way to go since questing usually get stuck quite easily after like 1 hour or less already and with grinding there are almost no risks with getting it stuck if you are running a good profile. Keep in mind though that grinding is quite risky, especially if you set your bot to grind for several hours in an area were people usually do quests.

 

who knows of a <great> spot to grind from 89.5-90 at? I prefer *not* dread wastes. It's for the ppl who don't have guild xp, don't have rested xp, don't have heirlooms

Damn I was late to the party.

 

I would kill to have mine work this flawlessly, ive updated my kicks profile and my bot still does not turn in completed quests......the bot will pick up new quests, make its way to where it needs to be kill/loot as the quest intends but then upon finishing the quest the bot either just sits there, or runs back to town without even attempting to turn the quests in and pick up the newest ones...

 

Grinding.

Kicks profile is a bit buggy, and runs in to stuff and you have to manuelly complete some quests due to that HB isn't "smart enough" do to some things.
BTW; Questing has over 1.000.000 votes, so i guess it's questing then (bug)

 

Lol so far ive leveled 3 toons 85-90 100% afk using BG Buddy.. Yea its risky but it still effective... Back in cata i used the Prixor BG Bot to lvl all my toons from 70-85.. Good times .... BG Buddy FTW~

 

Uhm, like ive been botting pretty much 24/7, 6 days a week for a month now on two accounts. I've never runned into issues with GM's at all (using one grind bot for skinning, and one herb/mining). Like ive heard that there is a big difference on the US and EU servers when it comes to botting, hows your guys expirience from EU servers? Am i being very lucky here, or are the GMs just lazy?

 

i use kicks profile with teamviewer on my iphone/ipad from work to reset/load profiles get unstuck etc

 

I got a 72h ban "final warning" for botting on BGs... its very bad atm especially in AV and eots. I just dont have much time to play so i just need to bot atleast 4 or 5 hours a day, but since last ban i kinda got worried cause i didnt want to lose this account :<

 

Well aint that whats we all do and worry over? Some of us are just lazy or dont have time to lvl same content over and over again and so we bot over that part with the risk of getting banned and thats fine by me, dont do the crime if you cant handle the time (good pun considering all the time in the world if you would get banned and stopped wow alltogether ^^ )

 

I have 8 90s and I have botted all 8 of them .. I used Kick'z Quests.

 

fact is: if it is not true 100% AFK, it is 0% AFK.
there is no 99% AFK. cos you will never know when this not afk-able part hits. so you have to babysit kicks profiles 100% of the time, or player reports are pretty guaranteed.
if you babysit, better play yourself with lazyraider and Zygors guide. double fast than questbot profiles.

only real 100% afk method is grinding. pure grinding. and that is a 50/50 chance to get banned.

edit: who is always manipulating the polls? kick to promote the non afk profiles?
