A Mod was contacted a while back regarding this, before you started ranting and raving. Just because you didn't see someone send a PM doesn't mean it wasn't done. They are very busy around the forums and get to things like this when they can. If you'd bothered to check before posting, you'd see that Tony handled it yesterday afternoon (almost 24 hours ago) in the first post. You reference common sense a whole lot, but please take your own advice from time-to-time and check the first post for an update before posting, especially to confirm before contacting a Mod to resolve an issue (that's already been resolved). EDIT: As to my mention of checking the last 1-3 pages of a topic for a resolution to a problem one may have, that goes for any topic, not just this one. It's a mindset that should be utilized moving forward by anyone reading it - that was the point in putting so much emphasis on it, to try and get people seeking assistance to put in a little effort to check first, before posting. If there isn't a resolution posted by someone else, then of course you should post to get help.
