Will you be supporting a 64-bit version of Honorbuddy in this release?
No. The game developer continues to ship a 32-bit WoWclient. We've had this discussion many times in the past, and the answer is "no, not until its absolutely needed". Here are two posts to get you started:

      Honorbuddy.launcher.exe is no longer shipped

      Hi, all,

The launcher was pulled from the distribution for internal reasons. At this time, we do not know whether it will be returning or not.

If you don't know how to launch a 32-bit WoWclient, this article enumerates several ways to complete the task:

      cheers,
      chinajade

EDIT: The launcher is still safe to use. See post by Main below.

I understand. But the HB internal update procedure should in that case delete the (old) existing honorbuddy.launcher.exe and also the shortcut on the desktop. When I update an existing HB these files are still there (and working). When I install HB from scratch they are not present.

We pulled the launcher last-minute because updated virus definitions in Windows Defender were detecting it as a virus.
This means Windows Defender will immediately remove the .zip file for many users. The launcher is completely safe to use if you have an old version.

It is being detected by Panda and a few others as well, not just Windows Defender.
