    - Warriors now have a setting for pulling with Storm Bolt and Heroic Throw. (HB-2994)


    - Demon Hunters will now use Soul Fragments in and out of combat and new settings have been added to adjust this logic. (HB-2997)

    - Fury Warrior will now use Battle Cry on cooldown before casting Rampage. (HB-2992)


    - Warriors should now use the Avatar talent and there is now two settings to toggling when it should be used.  (HB-2993)


    - Removed old Monk Class Config settings and added new ones such as what Stagger level to use Purifying Brew at.  Brewmaster Leg Sweep should now be cast only if the player is within range of the NPC. (HB-2995)

No. The game developer continues to ship a 32-bit WoWclient. We've had this discussion many times in the past, and the answer is "no, not until its absolutely needed". Here are two posts to get you started:
