    - Fixed an issue where BGBuddy would not properly know which objectives were controlled by which factions, causing many random BGBuddy issues (HB-3455)


    - Honorbuddy should now use the spirit healer when failing to ress, and will also attempt to ress when the corpse is inside an instance (HB-3456)


  * DungeonBuddy
    - Fixed Dungeonbuddy now accepts the mail confirmation popup. (HB-3446)


  * Profile
    - Removed quest 'Thirst Unending' from the Blood Elf starting zone due to the Arcane Torrent abilities constantly causing issues. (HB-3436)


  * Singular
    - The level 1 through 9 rotations have been updated to accommodate for the patch 7.1 changes. (HB-3438)


    - For Fire Mages, Pyroblast will no longer be used as a pull ability if the mob is considered trivial. (HB-3440)


    - Fire Mages will no longer stand idle if Fire Blast is on cooldown and we have the Heating Up buff. (HB-3441)


    - Addressed an issue where offhealing in Singular could sometimes cause the bot to stop completely (HB-3448)

No. The game developer continues to ship a 32-bit WoWclient. We've had this discussion many times in the past, and the answer is "no, not until its absolutely needed". Here are two posts to get you started:
