    - Fixed a bug where items and other objects would occasionally end up in the avoidance system (HB-1610)

    - Protection Paladins will now use Seraphim.  Also, during rest, they will now cast Consecration to boost the heal amount of Light of the Protector if it needs to heal. (HB-3505)


    - Feral Druids will now utilize Predatory Swiftness procs more by casting Regrowth despite the HoT buff being active and if the player needs to be healed. (HB-3511)

    - Fixed a survey loop bug causing back and forth movement between two survey points. (HB-3204)

    - Fixed a big where TradeSkill API was not including rank 2 and 3 recipes (HB-3518)


  * DungeonBuddy
    - Razorfen Downs: No longer runs into the plague clouds after killing the 2nd boss, in case you start from the entrance it will now prefer taking the left path. (HB-3509)


    - The Nesux: Should no longer run into mobs on the way back to the leader on corpse runs etc. (HB-3516)


    - Halls of Lightning: No longer runs into mobs on the way back to the leader on corpse runs near the start of the dungeon in case the ones to the left not were killed. (HB-3517)


    - Fixed an issue where bots would be a little bit too scared of Raigonn (HB-3523)


    - Bot no longer tries to repair at vendors associated with certain faction-specific garrison buildings (HB-2807)


    - Dungeonbuddy will now leave group when it enters a dungeon that has no script and/or profile  (HB-2913)


  * Flightor
    - Fixed a bug with flightor that caused it to not navigate around small aerial blackspots (HB-3106)


  * Other
    - fixed a bug in PartyBot that caused it to dysfunction while used under Mix Mode bot (HB-3522)


  * Singular
    - Hunters should now utilize Exhilaration again. (HB-3485)


    - Hunters will now check if we have Fetch learned instead of checking for the glyph. (HB-3504)


    - Enhancement Shaman's Feral Spirit will now properly abide by the user settings. (HB-3506)


    - Arcane Mage will now properly use their artifact weapon. (HB-3507)


    - Enhancement Shaman should no longer use the totem recall behaviors to remove the Feral Spirit buff. (HB-3508)


    - Arcane Mage should no longer endlessly spam Arcane Blast, and will better avoid running out of mana by actually rotating. (HB-3514)

No. The game developer continues to ship a 32-bit WoWclient. We've had this discussion many times in the past, and the answer is "no, not until its absolutely needed". Here are two posts to get you started:
