For anyone curious I sent in a support ticket and got a refund Now I just need to decide what I want to buy with my credit!!
I bought this one while it was still being tested. I cant find the email with the receipt anywhere. I was told by bossland that the only way I can get a refund is with the receipt. It shows that I bought it on "My Purchases" you would think that would be enough proof.
Not if the developer broke his contract, he has to support for something like 6 months after making it. Alot of people are getting refunds on this WAY after 2 weeks, because it was abandoned. Just that I cant because I dont have my receipt.
I bought garrison butler ICE on 16th February 2015 for €19,99. Please can anybody describe, which proof of purchase should be send to whom for requesting a refung? Thanks in advance
You need to send a private message to Bossland, but dont waste your time if you dont have the reciept that was emailed to you after purchase.

Still working for me as well, why is everyone asking for a refund? I came back from more than ayear and started using HB and now see there is a garrisonBuddy? Is this Garrisonbuddy better then this botbase?
You're unlikely to get support here Shaded. The developer of this botbase decided he was going to ditch the project and break his support contract. This is also why everyone is asking for a refund btw.
