1-50 Empire Questing Profiles

Hey there Fellow Servants of the great and Powerful Empire,

I was browsing the forums recently and noticed a distinct lack of working profiles for those of us who work to defeat that rebel scum

What Im Going to do

• Working Exclusively on the Empire Side of things - The Republic is Under control in Cryogenesis's Tread - Found Here
• I will be leveling A Sith Warrior through to 55 Purely with these profiles - so chances are this one will be the most solid (Yes, I play favourites - this is not to say that the other profiles wont get love, i will try my best to keep them all as close to each other as i can

The Profiles Will

• Unlock Taxi Points
• Pick up Holocrons - if i can reach them with a minimum of fighting - I dont want you to continuously die trying to obtain these.
• Complete the Empire Side of SWTOR with a minimum amount of interaction from the End User (You)
• Make sure you have the Max Level for the planet before leaving this means that before leaving the starting planets you will be level 10 etc etc

Things To Note:

• I'm only one person, and the game is huge It will take a while
• I have other commitments outside of this project (Work, University) so progress will be delayed occasionally due to these factors

If you would like to help out, please follow these guidelines:

1.Don't Partially use these Profiles Starting them at odd points, may cause the profile to break
2, Starting and Stopping the bot may fix your issue
3.Report any issues you encounter - Im Only one person - I wont be able to find all the bugs.
4.Don't Be a dick - I am only one guy so your specific problem that you encounter may not be fixed right away
5. If the bot is not moving - its usually a problem with the routine, not the profile, if the bot runs around aimlessly like a retard, its my problem - please keep that in mind
6. This is my first attempt at a project of this size, so please be nice when providing critique

You could try creating just one file per planet...
Saves alot of issues and editing code in multiple files...

Hey, sorry to sound like an idiot but I started to the profile and my guy is just standing there. I don't have an error or anything. Is there any particular I should look into?

Hey I'm sorry if I commented and the profile was still down because you were busy. I'm not in any rush if you are still busy. I should have read then comment you said it was down.

Its cool, no harm no foul. i forgot to put that up last night

 

i know you're separating into planets ... a helpful tip: include the goto next planet (get inside of ship, ship to next planet, get off of ship and pickup quest) at the end of the profile and the beginning of next. so if someone loads a profile for the next planet, but are still on the previous and such

also, can you put up the old file, or pm it to me?

 

Sadly this is a no go with the bot in its current form...
The bot cant handle zone-ing, heck even loading screens turns it into poo
As soon as you board your ship, you have to kill BW and possibly SWTOR due to shifting in memory.
Then start everything on the ship, go to planet, exit ship, reload everything again, cause memory is shifted again.

And then there are the mesh issues in some hangars, where the bot simply cant get up the ramp to the ships door.
This can be remeshed, but still due to the memory shifting, its actually not really needed.
As soon as the bot clicks the door and loading screen comes up, the rest of the profile is ignored/bugged and will not give you the rest it should be
doing (doing shit in the startship or simply planting a message box on the screen).

I tried to get that to work with the inclusion of An imperial fleet thing, but as cryo stated, the idea was a flop because of the loading screens etc,
I Also dont have the original anymore, and am currently working on SI/SW Homeworld

 

I'll talk to Aevitas... I know this has been an issue for some time now, it's very frustrating for me as well as you users

 

Do you happen to have an svn repository we can point to? I know you've said you had the profiles down, would contribute if I can.

 

is there any profiles that i can use for republics sniper?
