Original account since Vanilla I used multi zone profiles and Id only bot 5h a day most. I was also Active in arena and RBGS as well as dungeons thus my account was far from bot looking. My war 2300 in rbgs and had a pally on the other account 2100. I also only sold to private buyers and never posted on AH. I also talked randomly in trade and guild chat.
I was able to get both accounts active again not even a 72h ban. My first ticket was well written talking about finding a virus and RAT. After that was denied I redid a ticket focusing on basic economics. Naturally most of the transactions on my account I paid for via gold. Here is the second letter I submitted which worked. "I am confused by my violation. I have never hacked before and Ive NEVER received a warning and now after spending 120$+ in the past month alone +sub I have been banned completely? I have secured my account and computer like it said in link. My roommates whom also play WoW said it was okay to use addons with WoW and Curse said so as well. But how are addons hacking? Im confused. If I cant get this resolved i will have to appeal with my credit card because I have not received services or product that I paid for. Sorry for any inconveniences. I will also be canceling my subscriptions on my other accounts which Ive played since vanilla in fear of working hard and them getting banned and have paid for every month since Beta. In the past year alone ive paid over 500$ in transfers or other character services + 45$ monthly sub. I really hope all of our indifferences and any confusions can be resolved. Thank you."
