WARNING LOTS OF TEXT, BUT YOU CAN LEARN FROM THIS AND POSSIBLY HELP ME WITH TIPS AND IDEAS Ok so i got my bot accounts banned the other day and im here to tell you how i got them unbanned and how things has turned out. Day 1 Both accounts get banned early in the day but does not recieve any emails during the day so i call up blizzard and tell them to at least give me a reason to why i got banned. 7 hours go by and at last i recieve emails to both the affected accounts. "***Notice of Account Closure*** Account Name: ********* Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy" You know what the rest says if u ever got banned. SO.... i think back and remember a time when i 3 months earlier got the exact same email on one of the now banned accounts. I call up blizzard and tell them i have simply farmed on one of my accounts and sent stuff over to my other account, i put on a really anxious voice and seem really sad over the phone (im a good actor i guess) The gentleman on the phone trys to calm me down and says he thinks i seem very honest and he really wants to help me. He says he will contact a GM that will review my case and i mention getting banned in the past for this exact thing when i was just farming for my personal needs on my other account. So he makes sure that the GM that unbanned me last time will be same person that reviews this case. Day 2 I have recieved an email that my ban is removed and IF i use bots i can get a warning from blizzard, this surprises me since the last time this happened they changed it from ban to 72 hour suspension. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ok, great i got my bot account back, but the second account is still banned, wich is only 1 month old and belongs to my girlfriend (she bought a bot account so i could help her bot up some gold for MoP) Since this second account is registered to my girlfriend i cannot call in her place so all nervous and stuff she calls blizzard and tells them that she has not exploited economy and sold for real life currency etc. TODAY, 4 days later she gets an email! Battle.net Account Name: ANONYMOUS@EMAIL.COM World of Warcraft Account Name: WoW1 Account Action: Suspension (72 Hours, Final Warning) <---- THIS BOTHERS ME, ITS A NEW ACCOUNT AND SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY PRIOR WARNINGS! Circumventing normal game mechanics has a negative impact on the game experience of other customers. lol i have the same once i get suspended i just call blizzard and ask them why and tell them i play legit i alays get account back afther a few days
How did they know that she was using a 3rd party program what was she using? And you think she got banned due to another player seeing her?
