1-80 auctions per day shouldnt trigger a ban i've had 200 auctions up per day legit with the help of auctionator addon to post
Its not the auctions main reason, but the combo of auctions+gathering on the same wow license. Try for example 1-600 Herb+Mining Professionbuddy skilling up and activate the Sell to AH option on fresh account - you will get perma or 72h autobanned before you hit 600 skill!
