You Probably got reported a couple of times in PvP, automated system auto suspends you after a few I believe, but then again I'm not 100% sure, If I were you I'd just lay low, and do some other stuff-for a day, like professions for dungeons
PvP is likely. Someone may have click-reported you saying something vulgar or something in chat. 3 hours is nothing to worry about. Keep doing what you were doing. Blizzard knows by now that if then suspend an account and it switches up it's playing style completely it is probably being botted on.
