Better reduce your uptime, check on the forum here - we have very few reports for gb2 bots running for more than 6 hours daily without problems.
Ipban for 4 bots comeon there are ppl running insane ammounts 4 bots isn't a ipban they simply may have checked how many more bots you run on your ip/pc which isn't a ipban. Also 6 weeks isn't that bad there are people lasting alot less. You might want to level ur accounts urself and not buy them.
Ipban is a automated ban for that ipaddress that's different to them manually looking up your ip/pc and checking out if each of them is botting.
Yeah you could say duping and botting are the same result aswell or selling gold but it does matter how you got the ban to some people maybe that's the reason ppl fill out ban reports.
I didn't say that. I am saying that isn't matter for him even if is not IP ban (and this actualy it is IP ban). So bullshit like scanning mem and finding other accounts on his PC instead of instant IP ban doesn't standing in his case.
What the main difference is in a ipban and a manual checking how many bots run on a ip is that a ipban will get him ipbanned another time if he tries to make accounts on that ip again and with a manual ip check that doesn't happen.
Main difference is that he dosn't checking manual. Just give ban on IP and if is there another accounts they get banned to.
there is no such thing as a goddam IP ban. If someone bots from an internet cafe or a house with 6 roommates, is everyone banned? Or even easier, if dragonek43 here buys a new WoW account and makes a level 1, is he banned the instant he logs into the starter area? that's right, NO. YOU GET BANNED FOR BOTTING. specifically GB2.
i'll got banned yesterday with my account too and all my account got locked and they were running ALL on the same IP i tried to login into a new account and the Result > Server Disconnect Ip/Mac ban
Yes, it probably was an IP ban. All my accounts were banned a few months ago, even those who i never EVER botted on. Even my girlfriend's account, who just logged once from my PC, to let me see a few things. Imo the algorithm is really simple: an automated system reports into a list all the players who are potential bots (huge NPH, long farming sessions, several accounts logged all together from the same Computer/IP, .....), then one GM takes 5-10 minutes to investigate it's a false positive or not. Once he can safely assume you're botting (doesn't take too long for a trained eye, you know that), he investigates all the accounts who logged from your IP, and sometimes even the guilds you owns (my guilds were shut down aswell). Think about the infamous "cage test", where a GM teleports you somewhere where you can get easily stuck, and checks how the character deals with it. The only way to be "safe" from this kind of mechanism is to lay low, so that the system does not recognize you as "a typical botter".
