All 4 account on the same machine banned. A battle chest leveling on the same IP but different machine is untouched. Had the accounts running for a little over 3 weeks.. 12h of farming/24hours 100+~ auctions per day were being monitored 70% of the day. My guess is one of the accounts got flagged ,investigated and chain-banned the rest. Oh well..probably won't manage to appeal them as 3 of them were banned before. Update: after checking the logs of all of the bots, it seems 2 of them got stuck in a "Black screen" near Shrine of two moons. i had this come up with PB last night while doing a "FlyTo". fixed it (changed the coords) and tested it 4 times before going afk. it should've not happened but i guess i was wrong... That's probably what caused the bans for me...
Have you got some advice about how to get a banned account back since you got back 3 of them? My girlfriend has been banned today too and she botted like 2-3 hours a day and posted like 20-30 auction max. His account has never been banned before.
my guess is if you post more than 100 auctions you are a automatic botter. My goal is to post 0 auctions from now on just sell all C.O.D from a spare battle.net acct lol its getting rough around here........farming accounts dont last more than a week nowadays =/
Just got the e-mails (2 hours after the bans). all got banned for "Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software" Nothing in particular. Just play dumb and act clueless while telling them how the game means too much for you to break the ToS. Doesn't work all the time though. Depends on the GM handling the ticket and what kind of "evidence" they have on you.
Thats what lead you to the fast bans, indeed! I strongly suggest you to reduce the uptime alot, and the accounts will survive enough to payout 10x times the initial investment ... at least! You cant really bot 12/24 anymore! Based on the tons of ban reports here, you cant survive long with more than 6 hours uptime daily, which is separated in several shorter sessions of course.
