EU 11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? all paid My 4 gatherers all got perma today, all on the same time. I was watching 2 of these had received a 72 hour ban about 2 weeks ago. Other 2 were fresh accounts only few weeks old. They caught me after less than 24 hours of botting and less than 2 days. Yesterday I supervised them 100% and in the 15 hours that i was home i switched profiles, took breaks, logged out etc. I'm not going to appeal these via the normal ticket system, but im going to try to email a senior GM.
how do you contact senior GM without normal appeal form ? PM me if you don't want to disclose it here.
I think it's something like csfeedbackeu@blizzard.com send them appeal for one account, gonna wait till tomorrow for next one.
