No, but the e-mail received by Blizzard was for selling currency. 10)EU or US realm? US --------------------------------------------------------- I very rarely get banned so this one came as a bit of a surprise to me. The accounts were never used for selling gold. Always just deposits mats into the level 25 guild gbank and then I have officers and myself craft stuff or sell it directly on the AH. Not exactly sure where I went wrong. Possibly my RapeDotty add-on?
I think I figured out where I went wrong. Earlier this week I moved to this server that I was planning to begin botting on. Before I even started botting I pooled 200k gold (50k x 4 accounts) to one account and traded it in-game to the owner of the level 25 guild I was purchasing. About 6 hours later all accounts were banned for gold selling. I sent in a ticket to Blizzard contesting it and explaining that they should learn to read chat logs before handing out bans. I had the 4 accounts type in party chat with the GM of the level 25 guild that I was buying the guild for 200k and had him and my accounts all type agreed. Less than an hour later Blizzard apologized and unbanned all accounts. Right after being unbanned I went into my routine of botting ~16 hours a day on the accounts. I have a sneaking suspicion that Blizzard flagged the accounts to be watched even though they unbanned me and apologized for their error. Just a hunch. What do you guys think?
Yes, I do believe they place a flag on the account following something suspicious like that. I am aware of someone who had the same thing happen for him following purchase of a guild and then resuming normal activities.
Change your IP or use VPN. And yes your account is flagged. All my accounts are flagged and all have been unbaned multiple times. I put a post of one account that i've gotten banned 5times and unbanned.
