I guess you have translated it with google or similar? Because it does not really look like official email on English CS by tons of reasons. If we assume, this is translation - yes it is automatic ban mail, not manual.
I had become the same mail on my 3 banned accounts. also ca. 1-2 before o had become the password reset.
Why should they 72h you? Is there a reason for blizz? You botted, now you got banned, thats all. Open a ticket but they won't revert it nor change it to 72h.
They used to turn it to 72h always with few-accounts botters, but these, which do bot dungeons for gold on several or more accounts, rarely have chance for overtune.
