      "Thanks for contacting us about this.

      Your account was temporarily suspended for six months, due to the use of third party programs to automate in-game actions in the last couple of weeks. This is a serious violation of the Terms of Use:

      Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use

      When running, the Battle.net Launcher and WoW client may monitor your computer's random access memory (RAM) and/or CPU processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently. An unauthorized third party program is defined as any third party software, including any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:

      I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;

      II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or

      III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft.

      The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

      A FINAL WARNING has been issued to this account as a result of these actions. ANY further violations of our policies will likely result in the complete and permanent closure of this World of Warcraft account, including the loss of all characters, items and other in-game objects associated with the account.

      Be aware that regardless of who was using the account at the time, the action still stands, as action is taken against the account and not the player. We consider account holders to be ultimately responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Please remember that sharing an account between more than one person (even a friend or sibling) is itself a serious violation of the Terms of Use.

      If you wish to review our current Rules and Policies, they can be found at:

      https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/ingame-and-forum-conduct

      It is our policy never to reveal details regarding account investigations, beyond the information given in the original notice mail, for security reasons. We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter"
