Basically used HB sparingly in the past few weeks... only once in awhile during mass pvp sessions and mostly healing combat routines while I was closely supervising. Had not used at all in the past week, then logged in last night and used kick's questing profile on an alt in burning crusade zones. Got an email today like everyone else with 6 month ban. No prior account suspensions or ban history, never used HB in a way that was "obvious", and took extra measures to ensure things looked normal. Rarely spent more than 5 mins not supervising the bot (would have WoW open on another monitor while I did RL work during questing for example). Seems purely a detection issue in the software rather than someone reporting the activity.
