I noticed you were confused about your account, and saying you got penalized for doing nothing at all =[ Rest assured I was gladly able to investigate your report, and found significant evidence that third party programs were found, even several days before the penalty was applied - and this account was closed due to the unfair advantage gained ingame due to those done on your Human Priest "mypriest" even back on 3/18/15 almost 7 days before this penalty =[ I was able to search your account records as far as they could go, but found no other play locations that have logged in without your login information readily available, no password resets or forced logins were found, and it seems like the only one who was able to fully login had access to multiple security verifications. Since I can find no evidence of malicious entry here, that there were several investigations that showed Exploitation, and that you were the only one online for several days before the penalty was made - this has been suspended for 6 months due to that unfair advantage gained.
