This is my first time getting caught, I've never got any suspensions prior to this, and now my main account is perma banned, was hoping for any tips on how to fight this, any help is greatly appreciated. Its your first ban/suspenssion on the account? If so... Appeal it... Most of the times it will get reduced to a 72hour ban since its the first suspenssion of the account.

**Update** took all of 6 hours but this is what i said, and response, sorry if it looks like crap, but i just copy pasted removing names, hope this helps anyone out there. btw i don't have a kid, i said that because kids are derpy and would explain the click to move, and "account sharing" doesn't apply to children. I've had problems in the past with being rude to other players, but that is about all the wrong I've done via in-game, i was hoping i could get this ban over turned as there was no warning and i have no idea why this ban happened other than I am accused of botting, even though I am diagnosed with insomnia which is guess is why it looks like i bot, my kid also plays but not seriously, he just likes running around and exploring really, and i taught him how to mine, but again that's about it. #1 6 hours ago ***** Customer Service Representative Greetings, After thoroughly reviewing the action taken against the license, we have removed the previously communicated penalty.
