      Hello 7 of my 7 account were banned 3 i get back by phone but on 4 gms wants info about real ID:

      Thanks for your patience while I got back to you. Following our chat on the phone, we'll need you to reply to this ticket with the following information in a text document (.TXT file, e.g. Notepad file), as an attachment to your ticket:

      - Battle.net Account Name: The account name (email address) you are using to login.
      - Your Battle.net Secret Question and Answer. (in .txt attachment)
      - World of Warcraft Account Name: The WoW account you are requesting assistance with. (in .txt attachment)
      - CD Key: original WoW game CD-key (we cannot accept Expansion CD keys). (in .txt attachment)
      - Name: the full name that the account was created with. (in .txt attachment)
      - A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers licence (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs).

      We can then investigate this further and do everything possible to assist.

      Im sorry, mate. But when this happens to SoR Accounts you're pretty much fucked :/
      But you should try and you might get lucky :)

      BTW: was the three you got back also SoR? o_O

      Yea the 2 of 3 was SoR, how should i try when i dont have info they want?

      i dont get it, think guys, i know some ppl have some knowledge about networks but do the rest have no fcking clue that anyone can scan ur PC mac address (not routers), so tell me that blizzard who is not anyone cant just check : oh that guy playing XX accounts from the same mac(router in mind), lets dig this ........ digging...... oh that guy is using 7 accounts from the same mac etherner/wifi card > 1 pc . dead :D

      always friendly mitsos. also some ppl say that blizz can scan our processes, so if u wanna rename honorbuddy.exe into something for example i have mine as defrag.exe
      less suspicious ^^

      Mitsos if u dont have nothing special to say just shut up, if blizzard would be so inteligent they would not unlock 3 account, when i was talking with them on the phone they have 3 version first hack second rafs and the third something with my guild, so they dont have fucking clue about botting.
      Soemone can help me?
