      What happened?

On this account are really valuable characters available. I've already brought so many characters on Questingbot on Level 100 (Via Kicks Mega Profile)

I have never been banned and I use the Honor Buddy already 3-4 years. What's going on? I understand it is not easy

The Email at Blizzard tell me:

Usually, this classification does not include interface modification (add-ons), except in cases in which external application needs to work correctly.
