1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? Both, did Heroics/Grinding/Gathering for the most part.

2)If so, when was the last time?: Setup a 8 hour schedule before I went to bed last night.

3)What profile were you using?: According to the email I was banned on my gathering Druid that was using Gatherit's Mega Multi-Profile C.

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Singular Druid

5)What plugins are you using?: Druid Harvest Helper and Underwater Collector

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: Uh it varied as I normally left it on over night while I slept, last night while I slept I had it scheduled for 7.25 hours of Dungeoning/Grinding/Gathering on 3 separate toons with a final infinite Gather till I woke up.

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? Uh I'd say 25-50% ish, the vast majority of the time I setup a schedule for it while I sleep via ARelog.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: I'd say on average 25-30 but I have spiked into the 100s occasionally.

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No

      10)EU or US realm? US

The actions detailed below have been deemed inappropriate for World of Warcraft by the In-Game Support staff of Blizzard Entertainment. Based on a review of the information presented, this World of Warcraft account has been given a final warning and a 72 hour account suspension, in addition to any previous warnings issued. Until the suspension has been lifted, the account will not be accessible.

      Offense: Unapproved Third Party Software

A third party program is any file or program that is not a part of the World of Warcraft software, but is used to gain an advantage in the game, such as increasing your movement speed or teleporting from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files. Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications, except those UIs that require an external application to function. Any external applications that are used in conjunction with World of Warcraft can cause quite a few unwanted side effects. Some of the major possible results of the use of third party programs can be instability of the game to the point that a player "crashes" from the game quite often. External programs can also be used to transmit viruses, spyware, and other unwanted programs into a player's computer. Third party programs can also be used to obtain information from the player's computer, such as account, password, and personal information.

Please note that Blizzard Entertainment will be unable to provide further information regarding the specific time an account will become accessible again. Be aware that any additional inappropriate actions may result in the permanent closure of the account.

For further information, please view the World of Warcraft Harassment Policy and Terms of Use Agreement: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/20455) and (Blizzard Entertainment:Battle.net Terms of Use).

Any disputes or questions concerning this account action can only be addressed by Account Administration. To learn more about how Account Administration is able to assist you, please visit us at http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/cs .

We thank you in advance for respecting our position and hope that you will continue to enjoy your gaming experience in World of Warcraft.
