      Account Name: NULL
      Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized ***** Programs ("Hacks")

This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized ***** program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.
Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.
We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=25455
      The
exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at Blizzard Entertainment: Blizzard Legal Documentation. Note that additional Terms of Use violations may result in more severe actions against this account, up to and including permanent closure.
If you believe your account was compromised, please submit an in-game petition or fill the contact email form at http://us.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml?locale=en_US. I'm disputing it again, so let's hope it works again. If not, I'm done with WOW. I don't sell gold or anything, but just help friends.

I do believe it did have something to do with my auctions and nothing else. The last time this happened I posted quite a few things in the AH. I believe that triggers something.

This had nothing to do with the AH at all or my posts in the AH. It seems they do indeed have a system that watches the "grinding" of an area to much or for to long of a period of time. Please read the following response I got a little bit after my suspension was lifted.

      Greetings,
Thank you for contacting us concerning the recent action taken against the World of Warcraft account NULL. While we understand your concerns regarding the status of this account, we take matters involving the integrity of the game environment very seriously.
You may wish to temper your time spent killing and grinding with time spent running dungeons, or attending to activities that aren't so repetitive and bot-like. This will help avoid this situation in the future.
Please take a few moments to look over the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use), which all players agree to upon initially logging into the game.
The Terms of Use state that you will not "...modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Game Client or the Service in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard" or "...use *****s, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the World of Warcraft experience..."
Additionally, the Battle.net Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use) state that "You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you."
Due to a second thorough review of the circumstances involved in this account action, we have made the decision to modify the previously communicated penalty. This additional review took into consideration a variety of factors including the history and standing of this account. Please understand that should another incident arise in the future, it is possible that a different outcome will be reached.
Please review our in-game penalties policy (Blizzard Support) which states that "we must also factor in the severity of the infraction and how often the player has violated our policies in the past. Based on these factors, the penalty may be moved up the Penalty Volcano, up to and including Account Closure."
If the previously issued action resulted in the closure of this account, the account has been reopened and access restored. Should any action be required in order to regain access to this account, an additional email will be sent from an @blizzard.com or @battle.net email address with further instructions. If no additional correspondence is received, you should be able to access this account using the password that was valid before the account closure.
Thank you for your continued correspondence in regards to your account and for respecting our position.

      Regards,

I believe staying in a specific zone for to long will trigger there system they have setup and add you to queue. I did indeed grind an area several times and the same area for about 2-3 days. I would recommend adding a variety of zones to be "grinded" or "farmed" if you are indeed going to do so.

I wanted everyone to know about this and be aware of it too.

      Thanks.

A few months ago I read a blue post somewhere that they were developing a new system to detect and get rid of the afk/botters so maybe they're implementing this system now. Previously I have never had a problem but until lately, I have gotten these suspensions.

And no problem. I felt like it was a duty to give back to this community which has given me so much :)

On the AH thing, I post around 1000 auctions at a different times during the week, but it is not just herbs and ore. I do not post that much everyday, but maybe once or twice a week depending on how busy I am at work during the week. I am leveling with my main (that I do not bot on, but have two other accounts that I do bot on for personal and guild use) and posting all kinds of stuff besides that. I will post stuff like flask, elixir's, enchants, gems, blues, to just about anything you can imagine. I have been posting that stuff for as long as I can remember, but I do not undercut people by no more than a few silver to maybe one gold. If I even undercut at all. I have never been banned or suspended or anything at all.
