Paid *The only profiles I've used in the past month have been: Grindbot - Kea Krak Farm(Evasive), Mote of Harmony - Zan'vess. Gatherbuddy2 - Drogofarm Mining ghost iron ore only. Questing - Kick's profiles to level DK from 65-90, took me 2 weeks and I monitored it the whole time I just started botting less than 3 months ago and I've been very cautious. I've never run the bot during prime hours, either late night or early morning. I would run the bot a few times times a week for LESS than 4 hours at a time. Probably ~10 hours a week total. I play on a smaller server and the grindbot profiles I use are for very quiet areas on my server. I've never seen anyone at Zan'vess on my server. Kea Krak is on a small island in krasarang and I would only run it for 2 - 3 hours at 6am, which is a very slow time on my server. I find it hard to believe that I received any player reports. I have chat logs from the past month and I've never seen any whispers from when I was botting. I don't think someone just showed up, saw me killing some crocodiles, figured I was a bot and reported me. I tested those profiles extensively, never got stuck and I never used vendors just would log out when bags were full. I'm only writing all this because in the messages I sent to blizzard, the one GM replied with: "At this time, this account is only suspended. If something like this is detected again, the account could be closed permanently." I don't think honorbuddy is detected, it's just clear to me that they've gotten a lot smarter and botting for just a few hours, like I did, could still lead to you getting banned.
I dont 100% agree with honorbuddy not being detected, i am too VERY VERY Cautious, and this name in no way reflects my actual account name for blizzard, nor emails. The only thing i can think of is IP. If someone from this company is working for blizzard, they know who's botting. Period. I watch my accounts very closely, they have no relativaty other than IP adress, and actual Honorbuddy program, so how is it i recieved a 72 hour ban on all of my accounts? Valid question for you honorbuddy team. Admin response would be greatful, thanks! For now i will not be using Honorbuddy, and thats in the best interest for everyone. If this guy is as concious as i am, and has way too much on the line to lose, you should probably not bot from now on, and pass it along. Good luck and have fun everyone!
